The Catering Supervisor position at Letton Hall has become available and we are looking for the right person to fill it. We are offering a full-time salaried position where your primary role will be as our Caterer, however we are looking for someone who can bring other skills to the role.
We are looking for someone who will fit in with the team and to take on responsibility in
other areas of our work.
Letton Hall is a Christian Conference Centre near Shipdham, Norfolk. The Hall is a Grade II listed building offering both residential & day conferencing facilities. Letton Hall is owned by the Letton Hall Trust which is a Christian charity, the successful candidate will be expected to be sympathetic to the ethos under which the Centre is run.
We cater for a variety of events from small groups & conferences, family and church weekends and school residential holidays with numbers ranging from 15 – 100+.
We also run various events through the year including afternoon teas, quiz nights & a Christmas Market. With your primary role being our Caterer you would need to be able to plan menus, cook, bake and serve great tasting food with excellent presentation.
