Churches Together in Suffolk - AGM

Thursday, 7 March 2024 via Zoom.

The AGM will start at 7.30 pm and at approximately 8 p.m. the Chair of the Society for Ecumenical Studies, Rev Dr Callan Slipper, will speak on the subject A Vision for Ecumenism.

During his talk, Callan will reflect upon the excitement and challenge of Christian unity and the place of theology in the midst of that. After a year of chairing the Society, he will consider what it can offer to the vital work for the unity of Christians.

Tuesday 12 March at 7pm - Churches Together in Suffolk AGM - via zoom

There is also another AGM that may be of interest in our neighbouring county of Suffolk.   This is where you can hear Bishop Mike Royal, General Secretary of Churches Together in England, talk about ecumenism today. 
 
He will join Churches Together in Suffolk on Zoom and share his insights about how churches from different denominations can and do work well together. Please join in!  Bishop Mike Royal will be joined by Doral Hayes, principal officer for Ecumenical Development and Relations at Churches Together in England.
