Election Hustings to be held at Stalham church

Stalham Baptist Church will be holding an election hustings evening with a new format.

The hustings event will be held at Stalham Baptist Church, 140 High St, Stalham, NR12 9AZ on Thursday June 27 from 7.00pm.  The following North Norfolk candidates have confirmed attendance: Steffan Aquarone (Liberal Democrat), Duncan Baker (Conservative), Elizabeth Green (Green), Jason Patchett (Reform), and they await confirmation from Cathy Cordiner-Achenbach (Labour).
 
The evening will consist of the candidates each speaking to four separate groups and answering the same four questions each time. They will then come together at the end of the evening to give a brief summary and explanation of why they would be a good choice for voters. This structure for the evening will replace the typical ‘debating’ type format.
 
If people want to suggest topics affecting North Norfolk about which they wish the candidates to answer questions, they are requested to send them to minister@stalhambaptist.org.uk by Monday June 24.
